*How do I know that my order and payment have been received?
As soon as your order is placed and payment is done, you will get a confirmation email from Hempmade.

*When can I expect my order?
For Belgium: 1-3 business days after placing your order & pay.



*Can I pay by bank transfer?

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, it is enough you order by emailing jozefien@hempmade.be (Clearly state: trademark, name of the article, color and the desired size).
 We will send you a confirmation email as soon as possible with the payment details. 
The order will be processed at the time that the amount to be paid has been fulfilled.
 Your payment is expected within 5 days.
If Hempmade does not receive this, the order will automatically be cancelled.

*Can I order from abroad?
Yes, you can order from abroad! 
Please note that you always identify the correct shipping address and country in your account and then the shipping charges are automatically calculated.
 If you would still experience problems with placing an order abroad, you may place an order via email and consequently pay by bank transfer. 
In this case, please contact us via jozefien@hempmade.be.

*Can I return it?
We do our very best to describe and photgraph the garments/accessories as good as possible.
 Exchange is always possible within a period of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order.

*Do the colors of the photos match with the real colors of the clothes?
Trough the settings of your computer screen, for example, the colors of the photos might differ slightly from the real colors. To provide the best possible view of the colors, you can use the color icon on the detail page of an article.

*My size is no longer on the detail page?
If your size is no longer between the opportunities then this article is unfortunately no longer available in your size. Sign up for our newsletter! This way you will be kept informed when new collections arrive and/or new supplies.
